By accessing or using our website, services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
  • Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce.
• Content Responsibility: If you are a creator, you are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or display. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content and authorize erime to make it available on the Platform.

The erime Platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by erime and its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content: All visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, software, and all other elements of the Services ("erime Content") are owned by erime. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any erime Content without our express written permission.

Your Content: By uploading content to the Platform, you grant erime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Services and erime's business. This license terminates when you remove your content from the Platform, except as necessary for erime to fulfill legal or contractual obligations.

Trademarks: "erime," the erime logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of erime or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall erime, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to erime in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services and must cease all use.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the effective date of the current Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for changes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Delaware, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
